2. Our Products
We supply food supplements and related products designed to support an active lifestyle.
All products:
- Are food supplements and not medicines.
- Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
- Should not replace a varied and balanced diet.
- Should be kept out of reach of children.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

3. Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. A contract between us is formed once your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.
4. Delivery
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
Orders placed outside working days are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Partners
We deliver via:
- APC Overnight (tracked service)
- A trusted local delivery partner for selected postcode areas
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days from dispatch (UK mainland).
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery Charges
- Free UK delivery on orders over £49
- Orders under £49 incur a delivery fee displayed at checkout.
All delivery charges are shown before payment.
Responsibility
In line with UK consumer law, goods remain our responsibility until delivered to the address provided by you.
5. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Return the goods within a further 14 days.
Items must be unused and in a resalable condition. You are responsible for return costs unless the item is faulty.
6. Returns & Faulty Goods
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- You may be entitled to a refund within 30 days of receiving faulty goods.
- After 30 days, we may offer a repair or replacement where appropriate.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods and are issued to your original payment method.
7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional redelivery charges may apply.

8. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption or severe weather.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
